Bachelor students from various disciplines have the option of completing a master’s degree in human resources management. Employees in human resources should demonstrate certain soft skills such as:

You can study human resources or human resource management in Germany for both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree. As a rule, three main areas can be distinguished within the human resources department: psychology, economics, and law.

The field of psychology is about entrepreneurial leadership. The business includes controlling, business computer science, etc. In law, it comes to labor, social, commercial, and income tax law.

There are currently 11 bachelor programs in human resource management in Germany, including in Berlin, Cologne, Munich, Pforzheim, Greifswald, etc. There are currently 36 master’s programs in human resource management in Germany, including Berlin, Aachen, Bremen, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Cologne, etc.

Human resources are viewed as a branch of business administration. In the master’s program, you can also specialize, for example, in personnel development.
