Step 1: Open YouTube in the browser and sign in to your YouTube account. Go to the profile of the person you want to block by clicking on their name – e.g. in a comment. But you can also do a search for the person’s name at the top and then open the profile.
2nd step: Now switch to the ” Channel info ” category. There click on the flag symbol at the bottom to open the menu. Then select ” Block user “.
3rd step: To confirm the process, click on ” Submit “. You then blocked the user.
To unblock the user again, repeat the process, click on ” Unblock user “, and then confirm again.

Step 1: Open the YouTube app on your smartphone and navigate to the profile of the user you want to block. There, tap on the three-point menu in the upper right corner.
2nd step: Then tap on the entry ” Block user “.
3rd step: Now confirm the process with ” Block “.
4th step: You have now successfully blocked the user.
You can unblock the user in the same way. To do this, select ” Unblock user” and then confirm again.

View blocked YouTube users
You can unblock blocked users on your smartphone and your PC in the same way as you blocked them. However, sometimes you may not be able to remember all of the blocked people. Step 1: Open YouTube in your browser and sign in with your account if necessary. On the start page, click on your profile picture in the top right to open the menu.
2nd step: Then select ” YouTube Studio ” from the menu.
3rd step: In YouTube Studio, click on the ” Settings ” entry in the list on the left.
4th step: In the ” Community ” category, you can now see all YouTube users that you have blocked under ” Hidden users “. Click the X next to the channel you want to remove from the list.
5th step: The user was then removed from the list. Then click ” Save ” to save the changes.
